• Msbjammin' Artistry videos & Live Performances are for the purpose to be watched, because XA Imbrace Goddess Msbjammin' Artistry without Lusting... & Respects, Goddess Msbjammin' & All The Xoticy Brand has going on, for The Xoticy Brand Viewers & Participants Personal Use Only.

• Bystanders are not allowed in & or around the Xoticy & or Msbjammin' Services No Xceptions.
• Material that is Taught, Shown, Read & or Provided from Xoticy & Msbjammin' is for Personal Use Only.

Xoticy Service Sign-Up

The interested Xoticy® Services Participant, non-refundable/non Transferable Purchases along with the completed required Xoticy® Sign-Up Form, needs to be sent to sign-up@xoticy.com before the 48th hour of checking into the Xoticy® Service. No Xceptions. 

1. The interested Xoticy® participant MUST complete their own Sign-Up form and provide True knowledge, of their own. ​If the interested Xoticy® participant does not send their own completed Xoticy® Service Participation Sign-Up Form, to sign-up@xoticy.com before... the day of the Xoticy Service Check In, then the interested participant will Not be able to inter & or participate, in the Xoticy' Service nor will a refund or transferable credit be issued. So there is no need for those people to be near.
2. Once the Xoticy Service Sign-Up form is sent to sign-up@xoticy.com The Interested participant will receive a Xoticy Service Itinerary for the upcoming purchased Xoticy Service with details & instructions. 

• Xoticy Service completed Purchases Are Final. The purchaser/participant will not inter, receive a refund or a transferable credit if arrives late, No Show & or doesn't have all required requirements. No Xceptions. 

Msbjammin' Performers Audition Sign-Up

1. The interested Auditioner, must read to gain the Msbjammin' Performers Audition Knowledge & provide all requirements before Checking into the Msbjammin' Performers Audition.  
2. The interested Auditioner must complete & Sent the Msbjammin' Performers Audition Pre Sign-up form & requirements, before the 48th hour of Checking into the Msbjammin' Performers Audition.
3. Once the Interested Auditioner receives the Msbjammin' Performers Audition Invitation via the email address provided... The Interested Auditioner must complete the Msbjammin' Performers Audition Invitation & bring the Audition Invitation, along with all required requirements to check- in. 

Xoticy® Active Account 

In-order to purchase admission into Xoticy® Services, the interested participant must create an Xoticy® account with the software that Xoticy® uses within xoticy.com 

• The personal knowledge the interested Xoticy participant provides to Xoticy, is for Xoticy's Knowledge & for Xoticy® use only... and will not be sold to anyone/any business for any reason from Xoticy & or from Goddess Msbjammin'. 

​Xoticy Services Admission 

Because The Xoticy Brand is so Random, Goddess Msbjammin' decided to add more randomness to The Xoticy Brand Xpedition Admission, Prices that Randomly changes to higher prices, Because The Xoticy Brand is always Growing into Higher Frequencies, The Xoticy Service Admission Prices Randomly goes Higher as well. So, make sure You grab an Xoticy Tour Card, for the Intry to jam in The Xoticy Refresh Tour Xpeditions, of the price of the Admission you Slide up on. So you can Jam in Xoticy Dance Genres Kind of ways, Taught by Goddess Msbjammin', for the first time & or Again. The Xoticy Refresh Tour, is Sliding to a Floor near you. The Xoticy Tour Card is what you Need for intry, So Grab that.

• The Xoticy Service Xpedition Admission, are for the intry... for the Xoticy Service Participating Participants, into  Xoticy Service Xpedition, Only. 
• All Transactions for Xoticy, Must be completed on xoticy.com Before the given End Date No Xceptions. 

Purchasing  Xoticy® Service Admission 

for the desired Xoticy® (Services, Events, Performances, Auditions & etc.) is available Only on & within xoticy.com 

• Once the Xoticy® Admission purchased transaction is completed, Refunds & or Transferable Credits are NOT available. No Xceptions.
• All required fields for the received Knowledge provided on the Xoticy® Purchase form, must match the Identification of the Xoticy® Service Participant. 
• The interested Xoticy Service Participant, Must purchase the Xoticy Service Admission up to 48 hours before arriving to the Xoticy Services.

All required fields on the Xoticy® Sign-Up form & on the Msbjammin' Performers Audition Pre/Sign-up form/Audition Invitation, must match the Identification Card of the Participant. So, because we live in the physical realm, and need to be identified of who we are, The Universe provided us with State Identification Cards/Drivers license. So, because of that, if you have a State Identification Active Card or a driver license, One of those active & Authentic cards are required for Xoticy Services check in Process.

• Xoticy® Admission expires at the start of the Purchased Xoticy® Service, Xpedition(s), Event(s), Performance(s) & Etc. ​
• Each Xoticy Participant must have & create their own Xoticy Account with the knowledge that matches their State identification card.
• Xoticy Service Admission is Per Participant/Per Location... Meaning the Xoticy Service Admission is a one time use Only for the Xoticy Service Participant. 

Arrival 

We recommend that you Do Not wear your Xoticy Services Xpedition Attire as arrival wear. 

We ask that you arrival at least 20 minutes before the time of check-in, for Parking Purposes, to either change your clothing & or remove your top layer of clothing, if you wear the Xoticy Service attire under your arrival attire. Goddess Msbjammin' ask that you bring a small/ Dance bag ... that fits your Xoticy Service Xpedition Needs that is comfortable with possible being placed on the floor. 

Check-in into Xoticy® Services/ Auditions

Xoticy® Service Participant/Auditioner, Must have their electronic & or paper Xoticy® Admission Proof of Purchase, Along with their Active photo State Identification card/Driver license, with matching Knowledge of Proof of Purchase, that is required to check-in & to participant in the  Xoticy® Service(s), Audition(s) & or Event(s). 

• No State Identification Card/Passport, NO Intry. No Xceptions.... (NO Exceptions.)

Once Checked into the Xoticy Service Xpediton, the Participants is walk into the space, where the Xoticy Service Xpedition is being Hosted by Goddess Msbjammin', to Follow given Directions & apply given Corrections for their Personal Use Only. 

• If the Xoticy Service Participants arrive with another Xoticy Service Participant, We ask to separate thyselves, to be far away from each other as far as possible. 

Late Comers / No Shows

• Once the doors are closed & the Start time of the Xpedition has arrived... Late Comers will NOT inter into the purchased Xoticy'® Service/Audition. That also goes for anyone changing of clothing.
• The Late comer & or the No Show, will NOT receive transferable credits & or refunds. No Xceptions. 
• Contacting us on the day of the scheduled Service/Audition is Not acceptable & is Not available.

Completed Xoticy® Services Xpeditions

After each Xoticy® Service Xpedition is completed, Xoticy® Participants must leave the Xoticy® Service Xpedition area. 

• Unless given other directions by an Xoticy® Representative . ​​
• If the Xoticy® Participant is scheduled to attend the following Xoticy® Service Xpedition, then the Xoticy® Participant Must also check-in, to intry into their next purchased Xoticy® Service Xpedition, with their Electronic Xoticy® Admission Confirmation, unless allowed to check-in all purchased Xpedition in one moment.

Competition of The Xoticy Brand Audition

• After each Audition Course is completed, if the Auditioner, did not get selected to the continue onto the next course, then the Auditioner must leave the Audition location as soon as they have been released in a peaceful Matter. 
• If the Auditioner is asked to Continue onto the next course, Then the Audition must prep for the next course & follow all provided directions. 

Xoticy® Black & Sliver Cards

Xoticy® Black Card Account Holders: 

• Once the Xoticy participant completes their 1st Xoticy Service, The active Xoticy Participant Account will become a Xoticy Black Card Account. To inter into the Xoticy Liberation Lounge & into other Xoticy Events. 

Xoticy® Sliver Card: 

• Are issued to Xclusive Xoticy® Participants to inter into the Xoticy Liberation Lounge, Into Xoticy Events & also come with other perks. 

Xoticy® TERMS

Liberation Lounge 

Once the Xoticy® participant completes their first Xoticy® Service Xpedition. The Xoticy® Participant who completed the Xoticy Service Xpedition will receive a login, into the Xoticy® Liberation Lounge Online. 

• The Liberation Lodge Online is designed for Xoticy® Active Participants Only. No Xceptions.

Xoticy® Gift to You

Once the Xoticy Participant completes their 1st Xoticy® Service, The New Xoticy Participant will receive 25% off their 2nd Xoticy Service Xpedition Admission. 

• Xoticy Gift to You is for the Xoticy Participant, who completes their 1st Xoticy Service Xpedition for a time use only. Why? because Xoticy Services is So Good that We already know that you'll be back. So... We've provided you with a Gift, for continuing to gain Newer Levels of Your Greatness in Msbjammin'/ Xoticy Dance Genres, Stylized Kind of Ways. 
• After each Xoticy Service is completed, Participants will receive a flyer. If the participant has already received the given Flyer, We ask that The Participant reframe from taking another one of the same flyer, Because all flyers given from Completed Xoticy Services are for Xoticy Services Xpedition Participants Only.

Xoticy® Services Gender & Age Requirements 

• Xoticy® Participant/Auditioner must be the Born & Living Gender of how The Universe Created them to be, without dressing as the opposite gender, Who's of the required Xoticy Services/Audition requirements.
• Xoticy® participants/Auditioner are NOT able to inter & or participate in any Xoticy® Service Xpeditions/Auditions... & Etc. hosted by Xoticy® that does Not fit the Xoticy® Service Xpeditions Gender & age requirements. 
• Xoticy® participants/Auditioner who disrespect the Terms of the Xoticy®/Msbjammin' Performers Audition gender & age terms... will be Band from Intry, Participation & will NOT receive any refunds, account credits & or transferable credits. No Xceptions.

Transferring Xoticy® Service Admission

If an interested Xoticy® participant purchases, an Xoticy® Service Admission and cannot make the scheduled Xoticy® Service... and want to transfer their Xoticy® purchased admission to another interested Xoticy Service Participant... The interested Participant must Sign-Up & send the Completed Sign-Up form to sign-up@xoticy.com. The purchaser, who purchased the Xoticy® Service Admission, must request a Xoticy Service Participant Transfer Request Form by emailing us at sign-up@xoticy.com Subject Line: Request Transfer Form, before the 48th hour of the scheduled Xoticy® Service Xpedition Day & Check-in Time. 

• Once the Xoticy Service Participant Transfer Request Form request is received, We will then send you the Xoticy Service Participant Transfer Request Form to Completed. The Xoticy Service Transfer Request Form Must be sent to sign-up@xoticy.com. The Complete transfer must be completed before the 48th hour of Check-in.
• Xoticy Online Business Hours of Operations are known as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday... & Spiritually is known as Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6 & Day 7  from 8:00am - 4:00pm.

2017 Cancelled Xoticy® Service Account Credits

Xoticy® Account Credits for the 2017 Cancellation Xoticy® Xperience Tour Xpeditions.... are ONLY given to the interested Xoticy® participants, who've purchased an Xoticy® admission who experience a canceled Xoticy® Service in the months of January 2017 - July 2017, due to unforeseen circumstances, who are listed on the Xoticy® cancellation list. Who have Not emailed us, Wrote a 1 star review... expressing their self hate & or who have not made false claims and or false reports about Msbjammin' & or Xoticy to any platforms, business, companies, brands, corporations, persons & or Banks.  

• Xoticy® 2017 Service Canceled Account Credits do not Xpire before use.  
• Due to the Xoticy® Services admission amount being a different admission amount from the year of 2017 & previously... Xoticy® 2017 Service Canceled Account Credit has been readvised to match the Xoticy® Service Xpedition admission price for 2023 & Moving Forward. 
• The Xoticy® 2017 Service Canceled Account Credit can be redeemed as a onetime use.
• Xoticy® & Msbjammin' Services has always had a No Refund policy. However, Msbjammin' wasn't satisficed that interested Xoticy® Participants wasn't going to have their life changing Xoticy Service Xperiences with Msbjammin'... and Msbjammin' Wanted to provide the Xoticy® interested purchased participants a refund anyway. However, due to the soulless people, who have robbed/Stolen from Msbjammin' & from Xoticy® funds... Prevented Msbjammin' & Xoticy® from being able to give any refunds. That caused Msbjammin' &  Xoticy® to remain with the Xoticy® & Msbjammin' Services No Refund policy that's been in place since 2001.

Canceled Xoticy® Services

If an Xoticy® Services Cancels... An Xoticy® Account credit will be given in the amount of the purchased Admission to the active Xoticy® Account. 

• An Account credit will be placed on the Participant, Xoticy Account of who Xperienced the canceled Xoticy Service Xpedition along with a $80.00usd Account credit to use on the next purchase within The Xoticy Brand.

Xoticy® e-Gift Cards/Xoticy® Gift Cards

• The Xoticy® e-Gift Cards / Xoticy® Gift Cards can Not be used to purchase Xoticy & or Msbjammin' e-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.
• Xoticy® e-Gift/ Xoticy® Gift Cards does not Xpire before use. 
• Missed Purchased Xoticy® Service admissions, purchased with a Xoticy® e-Gift Card/Xoticy® Gift Card will Not be credited to the Xoticy® e-Gift Card/Xoticy® Gift Card nor will any transferable credits or refunds be given. No Xceptions.

• Solicitation & promoting outside of the Xoticy® & Msbjammin' Brands, during and or around any Xoticy®/ Msbjammin' Services, Events, Msbjammin Dance Co, Auditions/Performances & or Service locations & Etc. is Strictly Prohibited.
• Gifts that are given to Goddess Msbjammin' Must NOT be of Promotional, Sponsorship & or for Marketing Reasons. 

Donations/Tips/Gifts

For those who like to provide Goddess Msbjammin' Tips after Their Xoticy Service Xpedition, Those who like to Sow into Goddess Msbjammin' are able to do so via Cash App $Monbjammin

• Donations/Tips/Gifts can not be reimbursed. 
• Physical Gifts  to Goddess Msbjammin' Must be approved 1st. Email xoticy@xoticy.com for more details on providing Goddess Msbjammin' physical Gifts. 

Personal Items

Xoticy® Service Participants are responsible for themselves and all of their personal items. Personal Items must be placed in a closed bag/purse during any Xoticy® Services (Items must be placed, where instructions are given). 

• The Xoticy® Participant is the only soul, who can touch their own belongings. 
• Xoticy® Service & Etc...., locations, Xoticy®, Msbjammin'', including Xoticy® Representative(s) & locations are Not...  responsible for Any injuries, Cost... lost, damaged and or stolen items. 

Conversations During Xoticy® Services 

All personal conversations with any soul during Xoticy Service Xpeditions Must be placed at a volume of zero, for the respect of the Goddess Msbjammin' & Xoticy® Service participants... so that the Xoticy® Service Participants, can Gain, Grow & Jam.

• Xoticy® Service Participants must respect one another and keep themselves from letting out none-related sounds. Gassing Up/ blowing up anyone's head/Fake supporting & unnecessary scramming... is NOT allowed within & or around Services. Having fun by feeling genuine Joy from within... to where you're showing Xcitement for oneself is allowed. Gassing up/blowing someone's head/fake support & showing Xcitement of Joy... are 2 very different actions, that can't be manipulated into trying to being the same. Xoticy® Services purpose is all about the Growth of Xoticy® Service Participants, so the focus is on you from You.
• Questions about Goddess Msbjammin' Taught Sequences, are to be asked during The Xoticy Service Xpeditions Only. 

Xoticy Service/Audition Attire

Xoticy® Service Xpeditions/Audition Footwear & Attire must be of the requirements of the purchased Xoticy® Service Xpeditions/Msbjammin' Performers Audition. 

• Footwear must be Non-Platform & Supportive if the ankles
• Lose jewelry, Watches, Lose/swinging Hair Accessories, & other items as such.... must be removed before the start of the Xoticy® Service/Audition. For the safety & protection for the Xoticy® Service/Audition Participants. 
• Eye wear such as proscription glasses, must be secured from falling off the face. Keep in mind that 1... of Msbjammin' Signatures techniques is of Msbjammin' hair whips & head swings. So, protect those Proscription glasses. 
• Logos Outside of Xoticy® & of Msbjammin' can Not be shown during any Xoticy®/Msbjammin' events, Auditions & or Services. 
• Keep In Mind, No Nudity. Meaning No nipples showing, No physical holes other than your mouth, nose & ears on your face. Moveable clothing that will showcase nudity are Not to be worn.

• Only Committed/Married/Engaged partners are allowed during Xoticy® Lap/chair Xpedition for couples.

Lotions should be applied on the body up to five (5) hours prior to the start of the purchased Xoticy® Service Xpeditions/Audition, for the Xoticy®/Msbjammin' participant safety.

• Hair Oils should be applied up to 4 hours prior to the start of the purchased Xoticy® Service Xpeditions/Audition

Xoticy® Policies 

No Smoking of any kind is allowed around and or during any Xoticy® Services & or in locations. 

• All Participants must follow and respect Xoticy® Participant Guidelines, Terms, Conditions, Policies, Waiver & Agreements at all moments. As well as  respect Themselves & others while the focus is on their personal growth. 

Xoticy® Services Locations 

Xoticy® Service participants with their purchased admission, is who's allowed in the Xoticy® Service Xpeditions & locations.  No Bystanders.... No Xceptions. ​

• Xoticy® Service Participants must participate in the purchased Xoticy® Services. 
• Bystanders.... Sitting down to watch any Xoticy® Services, is NOT allowed. That means, if a Xoticy® Service Admission is purchased, the participant must participant in the Purchased Service. If the participant stops participating in the Xoticy® Service, then the participate must remove themselves peacefully out of the Xoticy Service & a refund & or transferable credit will Not be given... No Xceptions.  
• All Xoticy® Service Purchasers are for intry into the Xoticy Service Xpedition Only & Participants are to Participant & hold themselves accountable.

Outside Food & Drinks 

If there is food and drinks allowed in the Xoticy Service Location...

• loud smelling odor foods are Not allowed. 
• Outside Food should be for 1 person & must be placed in a personal spill-proof container.  
• Hydrated Drinks/Water must be in a spill-proof water bottle with a spill-proof lid.  
• No glass containers & or glass bottles from outside is allowed. 
• Participants and or bystanders are Not allowed to bring Alcohol & or Alcohol Drinks in and or around the Xoticy® Service Locations. No Xceptions.
• The Xoticy® Daily Bread Card maybe available for purchase during the Xoticy® Services, so those who don't want to carry food around, don't have to. The Xoticy® Daily Bread Card is for the purpose to eat the provided foods between Xoticy® Services. The Xoticy Daily Bread Card is sold separately & is not available for all Locations. 

Drug, Alcohol/ Spirit Use

Xoticy® Service Participants must be sober... to participant in any Xoticy® Services. 

• Natural Herbs, Are Not considered as Drugs & Does Not Apply to Drug Use.

Electronics

Xoticy® Service Participants Electronics usage is Not allowed for usage during Xoticy® Services. 

• Xoticy® Service Participants are Not allowed to record of any kind, during  Xoticy®  Services, Auditions, Performances, Events & or etc. No Xceptions.
• When Posting about & of The Xoticy Brand, Xoticy & or Goddess Msbjammin' we ask that you #xoticy & or #msbjammin

Interviewing 

• Interviewing Goddess Msbjammin' can Only be approved by Xoticy® by requesting an Interviewing Request form via xoticy@xoticy.com
• Xoticy® Services related questions, is what's allowed to be asked when Msbjammin' ask if anyone have any questions from Goddess Msbjammin' & or Xoticy Representatives. 
• No Personal/business/brand questions are allowed to ask Msbjammin' & or Xoticy® Representatives during, before, and or after any Xoticy® Services, Events, Performances & or Etc.  
• If the Xoticy Service Participant wants to share their Xoticy Service Xperience with XA to be posted on our sites/accounts, Then the Xoticy Representative will either provide the Xoticy Service Participant with a few questions, if the participant will like to be asked questions or The Xoticy Service Participant provides us with their own wording to use for our posting.

Xoticy Image, Sequences, Concepts, Foundation Techniques & likeness usage

• All material Shown & Taught that is of Msbjammin' & Xoticy is Strictly Prohibited for use outside of Personal Use Only. No Xceptions.
• Msbjammin' Artistry is Not to be Studied, Remixed, Chopped & or Screwed, showcased, Credited & or Profited outside of Msbjammin' in anyway.

Now, if you are someone who taught yourself Msbjammin' Sequences from Msbjammin' & Xoticy® videos... & you've recorded yourself.... & then... You've posted that video of yourself, to the internet... with giving credit to Msbjammin' from the moment of you posting that video... you have no worries prior to the year 2019. However, due to the many people counterfeiting Msbjammin' &  The Xoticy Brand, & the much disrespect people have shown that they have, has caused us to prohibited anyone from showcasing themselves & from posting themselves showcasing Msbjammin' Sequences. Those actions of showcasing Msbjammin' Sequence has become strictly prohibited.

Disruptive Participant

If a Xoticy® participant is being disruptive during any Xoticy® Service & or Events/Live Performances & or Audition

• The Xoticy® Participant who is being disruptive will be asked to leave & the disruptive participant must leave the Xoticy® Service locations in a peaceful and respectable matter when removing themselves.
• No Refunds, No transferable credits & or Account Credits will be given to anyone who is asked to remove themselves. No Xceptions.​

Xoticy® Participation  Waiver

Xoticy® and or any other affiliated Brands/Businesses such as Msbjammin' Services, Let's Get It! Heels®, Performance Ready®, Xoticy®, Lap/Chair Xpedition, Stylized Xoticy® Xoticy® Stylized Pole, Shaped by Xoticy®, The 3 Seeds Xpedition Tour, Xoticy® Tour, Msbjammin Dance Co, Msbjammin' Dance Co Audition, Xoticy Events Represented by Xoticy®/Msbjsmmon', Msbjammin' Performers Audition, Msbjammin' Performers & or Msbjammin' is Not responsible for any injuries, Cost of injuries, lost damaged and or stolen items. This includes any professional athletes.

Xoticy®/Msbjammin' Material Shown & or Taught during any Xoticy® & or affiliated Xoticy® Brand Services/videos is for Personal Use ONLY. The Xoticy®/Msbjammin' taught material & or watched by video, that are of Xoticy®/Msbjammin' likeness/Sequences/Artistry cannot be used for profit, Teaching, Show, Concepts, Remixing, Content, secretly Studying/learning & or receiving credit. 

• Using any of Xoticy®/Mbjammin' material & or likeness outside of Personal Use, is the actions of Stealing. Not limited to Studying, Remixing, Teaching, Showcasing, profiting from, Taking Credit & Selling as if what was copied from Msbjammin'/Xoticy® was supposed to be of those people who counterfeited from Msbjammin' & from Xoticy®... Before Participating in any Xoticy® Service(s) Waiver

The Interested Xoticy® Service Participant must Stretch their physical bodies before participating in any Xoticy® Service Xpeditions.

• The Interested Participant who hasn't did a lot of moving to their physical body in a while. Must stretch starting at least 20 days prior to the purchased scheduled Xoticy Service Xpeditions. 
• If the interested Xoticy® Service Participant, consider themselves to being a dancer... then the interested Xoticy Service Participant should start stretching 7 days prior to the scheduled purchased Xoticy® Service Xpedition(s)
• Stretching daily is not required, However, stretching will help with the movement of the physical body to prevent injuries, before participating in Jammin' in Msbjammin' Stylized Kind of ways. 
• We recommend that Xoticy® Service Participants get their Physical, Mental, Emotional & Spiritual self-connected with themselves, to prepare for the unknown on reaching Newer level of their Greatness in Xoticy Dance Genres Kind of Ways.

Xoticy®/Msbjammin' Participant Image Usage Waiver

The Xoticy®/Msbjammin' Participants, who's Participating in any Xoticy®/Msbjammin' Services, Performances, Auditions, Events & Etc. By the Xoticy/Msbjammin' Participant, participation gives permission to Xoticy® & Msbjammin' for the right to use the Xoticy®/Msbjammin' Participants personal image such as Photos & video... & voice recording for Xoticy/Msbjammin' Promotions, Marketing & Xoticy/Msbjammin' Services Usage.  

Xoticy® Events & Etc. Waiver

Xoticy® Active Account Holders,/Purchasers/Xoticy® Service Participants are given invitations to Xoticy® Xclusive Events. 

• Depending on the Xoticy® Event, The Active Xoticy® Participant is allowed to invite the required guest(s) listed on the Xoticy® Event Invitation. No Xceptions.  
• Xoticy® Event Participants must follow The Xoticy® Event Requirements attached to the Xoticy® Event Invitation(s). 

Background Sound/Music Heard Usage Waiver

Xoticy®/Msbjammin' does NOT own any rights to any music heard for the background sound during Xoticy/Msbjammin' Services & etc.

• The background Sound /Music is heard for background sound purposes only, during any Xoticy® & or Msbjammin' Services for the reasons of playing the background music.
• The background Sound/Music heard from Xoticy® /Msbjammin' is sold separately & not by Xoticy®/Msbjammin'. However, the details to find the music, will be available for the Participated Xoticy® Service participants in the Xoticy Liberation Lounge. 
• The background sound/music heard during  Msbjammin' /Xoticy® Services are unpaid Promotion.
• Again, To gain the title and Artists who's apart of the background sound/Music that is heard from the Xoticy® Services, known as background music... You must be an Active Xoticy® Participant to inter into The Liberation Lounge... where the knowledge of the background Sound/Music that is Heard, will be available to gain.

By visiting xoticy.com, making a purchase & or participating in any Xoticy® Services and or Xoticy® Events...
