• We hold our customers accountable, just as we hold ourselves accountable. We don't operate off of the "customer is always right" myth because everyone have exposed themselves of not  being Truthful.
• All Sales are final for hyenine purposes. 
• Returns, Exchanges & or Credits are Not Available

We will make sure that your items are in perfect condition before sending your purchased items to you. 

• Discount Flyers are to be redeemed by the issued customer only
• Discount codes can only be used during the Get You Some Boutique Sale dates.

Allow up to seven (14) Xoticy business days for in stock items to ship. 

 State Sale Taxes, Packaging & Shipping coast is Not included in the price point below. 

• However, taxes, packaging & Shipping fees will be added before you complete your Xoticy® Get You Some Boutique transactions.

Our Pre-Sale Items are available for Purchase even though our Pre-Sale items are not available to ship right away. 

• Purchasing our Pre-Sale items is the perk of receiving none released Get You Some Boutique Items before the actual released date & or because the items are made by order.
• Pre-Sale items doesn't have an arrival or shipping date. Once items become available, the items will be shipped to the Customer the items belong to.
• If you Purchase a Pre-Sale Item and the items arrive, near the Xoticy Service Xpedition, We'll bring the purchased item(s) to the purchased Xoticy Service Admission and we'll credit your Xoticy® account, the Shipping Fee.

• Items sell fast and your items may be placed on Backorder. If your items are placed on Backorder, you will be notified as soon as possible & updates will be provided.
