We're interested in accepting the Xoticy Staff Intern Application's from the persons who's interested in being hired as an Xoticy Staff Inter or Msbjammin' Performers  Training Instructor, who have Passion & a Want, on assisting Xoticy Visitors or the Msbjammin' Performers to continue to reach Newer Levels of their Greatness, from the interested Applicant, Who's ready to follow Xoticy Staff Hired Requirements to provide Xoticy Visitors, or the Msbjammin' Performers The Xoticy Brand Branch Uniqueness Xperiences.

Heads Up...

The Xoticy Brand Interviewing & The Xoticy Brand, Selecting Xoticy Staff Intern & Training Instructor Process, are just as non-comparable as Goddess Msbjammin', Xoticy Dance Genre's & The Xoticy Brand. We're aware that everyone is Not the same, nor do everyone learn in the same ways... & or have the same Passions, Skills & Abilities. We, The Xoticy Brand... have an Xoticy Hiring Process, that the interested Applicant, Must Complete with a 98 -100 passing number. Once the interested Soul/person has passed The Xoticy Hiring Process with 98 - 100, then the soul/person will be placed in the interested Xoticy Service/Branch in the position with the responsibilities, where the Xoticy Staff Intern or Training Instructor is the Strongest... So that the Xoticy Staff Intern or Training Instructor... can continue to Strive on being Successful on completing the responsibilities & Task of the assigned Xoticy Service/Branch position. 

The Xoticy Staff Intern Placement Training Process, is a requirement of 1,008 hours. Once the 1,008 hours are completed & the Xoticy Staff Intern passes with a 98 - 100 number, then the Xoticy Staff Intern, will be placed as a Xoticy Staff Member & will receive a Higher Salary & will be scheduled up to 42 hours per 3-7 days. If the Xoticy Intern doesn't pass with a 98- 100, Then the Xoticy Staff Intern must complete another set of 1,008 hours.

Mandatory 

1. Completed Xoticy Application
2. Complete Interviews
3. Pass Xoticy Training Courses with 98-100

Staff Intern Position

If the interested applicant, completes Xoticy Application Process with a 98-100%.... then the interested Soul/Person, will be Elevated to a Hired Xoticy Staff Intern Position, to the assigned Xoticy Service/Branch responsibilities starting at $20.00 an hour... up to 42 hours within 3-7 days. 

Msbjammin' Performers Training Instructor Position

The interested applicant, must provide a video showcasing the Instructor teaching & performing the dance genre of their strongest, along with their application.

We're aware that a lot of people apply to places to work for the money, because they only want the money & or many people just want some title. The way we Operate within The Xoticy Brand.... Money is NOT our focus. Providing Xoticy Visitors, participants & the Msbjammin' Performers The Xoticy Brand unique Services Purpose, so that Goddess Msbjammin' can Continue to do her Purpose, for the people personal Growth... for Personal Use Only.... is The Xoticy Brand's Focus. We, Here at The Xoticy Brand, Provides Happiness & High Frequencies, from Xoticy Uniqueness & Goddess Msbjammin' Purpose. 

If you're a Dancer, Instructor, Choreographer we ask that you focus on being the Dancer you are & Audition for The Msbjammin' Performers & or Apply to be a Msbjammin' Dance Studio Instructor... instead of applying to become an Xoticy Staff Intern.... at one of Xoticy Services/Branches. Due to The Xoticy Brand not operating on the just get your feet in the door.... & then go where you want walkway. We, The Xoticy Brand, ask that you start how you wanna Grow. Your Focus should also be on You Growing in what You are Passionate in, That's It, Cool? Cool!

Requirements for All Applicants 

• Must be 25 years & Wiser 
• Must be & living as the born Woman, who is of the Born Gender of what she is created & is. Presenting oneself as the opposite gender is Not Acceptable
• Must be Brave, Able to follow directions & apply corrections, 
• A thorough learner, Good Listener & Solution Based Finder.

Position

Xoticy Staff Intern Position

• Event Receptionist - The Xoticy Event Receptionist, is responsible for Xoticy Event Recepitionist Responsibilities. Such as Traveling, Putting up/Packing Up Set Ups, Interacting with Xoticy Visitors, Checking - In Xoticy Service Participants, Completing Get You Some Boutique Transactions... just to list a few. Xoticy Event Receptionist are required 15 hours per assigned Xoticy Event Operation Day.  During Travel Days, The Xoticy Event Receptionist... will receive per diem, that is additional to the Xoticy Event Receptionist $20.00 hourly payout for the assigned scheduled Xoticy Event.  

Requirements

• Applicant Must be available to Air/Ground Travel, 
• be away from home for up to 4 nights & 5 days per assigned Xoticy Event, who can operate themselves to provide Xoticy Service/Branch Requirements for a good Stright 15 hours per Scheule Xoticy Event  days, in their Authentic, Joyful, Pure Heart & Happy Matter, if hired. 
• Applicant must be able to focus & complete responsibilities & Task... without any distractions 
• Hired Xoticy Staff Interns are paid within 3-5 days after the completed Xoticy Event
• Xoticy air/ground Travel Expenses are covered by Xoticy. 
• Healthcare is Not Provided

Msbjammin' Performers Position

• Training Instructor - The Msbjammin' Performers Training Instructor is responsible to teach & correct the Msbjammin' Performers on the taught dance genres techniques to keep the Msbjammin' Performers well rounded in all dance genres so that the Msbjammin' Performers mental & physical will stay reaching newer levels of their greatness. The Msbjammin' Performers Training Instructor... will receive $25.00 hourly payout for the assigned scheduled Training sections.  

Requirements

• Must be able to teach & Train in groups of more than 20 dancers at a time
• Must have over 10 years of training in the provided dance genre(s) 
• Must be comfortable with given corrections & directions
• Must be able to train up to 8 hours per training sections
• Must be able to focus on the growth of each Msbjammin' Performer
