The 3 Seeds Xpeditions are the 3 Important Seeds that is needed to be planted into the interested participants of Xoticy Services. The 3 Seeds will jump start the participant Mind, Body & Soul into Newer Levels of their Greatness by Goddess Msbjammin' providing the participants body, the Water that it needs, to start to Growing Process in Xoticy Dance Genre's. The 3 Seeds Xpedition is Perfect for New Participants with zero dance Xperience & for those who want to start at the beginning of learning the basics of Xoticy Dance Genre's in a detail break down kind of way.

The 3 Seeds Xpedition Knowledge

Each Seed Xpeditions within The 3 Seeds Xpeditions are 60 minutes, instructed by Goddess Msbjammin' for women 25 years & wiser with two 15 minute breaks in between.

The 3 Seeds Xpeditions are

Seed 1.

Conditioning - Warming & Preparing the participants of Xoticy Services Muscles in Xoticy Dance Genre's Unique Stretching Techniques kind of ways.

Seed 2.

Signature Techniques - Teaching the participants of Xoticy Services a few of Xoticy Signature Techniques & Sequences.

Seed 3.

Walking Into Your Greatness - Preparing the feet to connect with the floor in Xoticy across the floor Sequences kind of ways in a pair of personal heels.

Once the participants have been Watered from the 3 seeds, being planted from the teaching of Goddess Msbjammin from The 3 Seeds Xpeditions', The participants will then Cool Down for 30 minutes instructed by Goddess Msbjammin' where participants can have their one on one feel with Goddess Msbjammin'.

Participants of The 3 Seeds Xpeditions Must Be,

Born Women, who are Living their life, as Born Women... Who can...

hold their own weight,
follow Msbjammin' corrections, apply Msbjammin' Directions,
Follow & Apply Xoticy® Participants Guidelines, Terms, Conditions, Policies, Waiver & Agreements because they all apply, in order to Participate in Xoticy® Services.

The 3 Seeds Xpedition are limited to a Min. & a Max. number of participating, participants. So that each Participant can have their one-on-one like feel, Xperience with Goddess Msbjammin' during the Xoticy® 3 seeds Xpeditions.

Msbjammin' Artistry is Shown & taught For Personal Use Only.

We Strive for Quality instead of Quantity.

Electronics

can only be used for none distracting Purposes during breaks.
Participants are able to capture their personal moments within the 3 Seeds Xpedition during Breaks. We ask that you get the permission of others before recording.
Recording of any kind is Not allowed during Xpeditions

Breaks

There are Two 15 minute breaks within The 3 Seeds Xpeditions. Breaks are to be had within The 3 Seeds Xpedition Location,

So, bring all needed items with you into The 3 Seeds Xpedition Location, as well a packed lunch that will last you for 4 hours
Participants must use the breaks, for Change of clothing, eating personal food items, stretching & Staying focus within the 3 Seeds Xpedition Xperience without any outside distractions.

Coolin' & Chillin'

After the completion of the 3 seeds, the participants will experience

30 Minutes of Coolin' & Chillin' with Goddess Msbjammin'
During the Coolin' & Chillin' moment with Msbjammin', The Participants in participating in Xoticy Services are not allowed to record the Coolin' & Chillin' moment with Msbjammin .

Dance Bag, for your personal Belongings
Workout supportive Shoes
Socks & Leg Protection (leggings, tights, knee pads)
Supportive, None platform Heels/Boots with comfortable & sturdy Heels
Lunch that will last for 4 hours
Be Present & Focus on you following directions, Corrections & allowing yourself to Gain, Grow & Jam
No Alcohol

No Nudity of your private parts
Your Comfort of clothing for working out purposes. Bring a change of Clothes for Signature Techniques (Xoticy Armour) & Walking Into Your Greatness Heels Xpedition Attire
Logos outside of Xoticy® Brands can Not be shown, Seen & or Worn
Make Up is Not necessary to wear because you will be sweating
If you are wearing weaves, Make sure Your Weave is Secure.
No Oils of any kind.... Place hair oil on your hair 24 hours before & on body at least 5 hours before

Interested Participants of Xoticy Services must complete the Pre-Sign-Up Form & bring with to Check-in. Once interested participants arrive, the interested participant must complete the arrival form & have the requirements to fully Check-into the schedule Xoticy 3 Seeds Xpeditions.

Xoticy® Service Xpedition intry Admission... is per participant, for the scheduled location. Meaning Xoticy® Service Intry Admissions are for one participant for a One time use Only.

Completed Transactions are Final Sale. There are No refunds or Transferable credits given for No Shows, Late Comers nor for those who does not have the required Requirements No Xceptions.

Once the interested Participants completes the required arrival form, the interested participants must have the Xoticy Pre Sign-Up Form Completed, the completed Xoticy Arrival Form, their active State Identification Card/Drivers License
